Thermography
Thermography, also known as Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) is an FDA approved, safe (no radiation), non-invasive (pain free) test of physiology. Thermography measures the radiant heat emitted from the body reporting 64,000 different temperature readings per scan. Since there is a high degree of thermal regularity in a normal, healthy body, divergent increases or decreases can detect potential risk markers or pre-conditions of disease or injury.
At Whole Health Thermography, all scans are performed by Clinically Certified Thermographer, Rachel Mazzarelli, and all results are interpreted and reported by Board Certified Medical Doctors who are also certified to read thermography. If the doctor flags any risk markers during either your breast or full body scans, clients will be encouraged to seek further clinical assessment possibly including thermogram follow up.
